Mold Design
In synergy with the client, we have collaborated for years with trusted toolmakers to create molds for various applications.
Stamping
We have a 30-ton press and three 20-ton presses available for various types of molds.
Deburring and Edge Trimming
Our qualified personnel can perform manual deburring to smooth various surface types using our 5 edge trimmers.
Shot Blasting
Equipped with a 1000KG cluster shot blasting machine and a rotary table shot blasting machine with automatic loading and unloading and a capacity of 500KG, we perform shot blasting on articles of various shapes, sizes, and needs.
Mechanical Machining
In our mechanical machining department, we have a machining center and manual and column drills for drilling and threading operations.
Robotized Islands
In recent years, we have acquired three robotized islands. Our technical office develops suitable programs for each product requiring surface finishing such as deburring, threading, and drilling.
Tumbling
With two complete tumbling systems including a vibrating table, washing, and drying, we provide services for various types of parts across different application sectors.
Assembly
We perform assemblies of design and furniture objects, plastic parts, and more. A highly qualified team ensures precision and high-quality standards, allowing us to serve globally recognized brands across various industries.
